To Jhelai: It appears that you are sour-graping coz you have failed to join in the org (Kung pumasa ka man, you have a lot to learn and choosing the right words and attitude are examples). Kung pinakanta ka sa “process” (it is part of the initiation). Tradition na ng org yan. You can investigate further. First thing first, you could have searched on the whereabouts of the the org before deciding to join by interviewing others who made it or not…Jhoanalyn Nano, a former editor who made it on Ms. Saigon auditions was also asked to sing during the LH interview. Of course, you may decline on such activity but aside from the written exams, it is part of the “process”. If you feel annoyed by that, you don’t deserve to be in LH. The org has gone through a lot and it needs hard-driven and talented people who can withstand any kind of situation. That stage is also devised to determine/diagnose your interpersonal skill and your personality. Your words in this message board clearly denotes that you don’t deserve to pass as one of LH’s pool of writers. I was the one who formalized the screening process with the help of the LH consultants and advisers. Former editors and a line of experiences also helped. Lastly, LH has a consti and bilaws… you can read further in case you want to try again.
