i am a fresh graduate of lorma. i was a former section editor of LH and i am sure that mr. smartmax must be a former member of LH too. You have no right to say anything against the LH staff. For your information, i have seen a copy of their new release, the LH folder. I am so proud of them because of the new issue they have. Its a manifesto of their creativity and i have heard that everyone really appreciated it especially the teachers. I have worked with a few of their staff and i am sure that they are good ones. They stood up and made all the efforts in making their latest broadsheet which won the nationals even in the absence of some of us senior editors who left the publication for good. don’t dare to criticize the EIC because i have known her. She might even be more intelligent than you are. I think she’s running for Laude positions. She’s a good person and there’s no need for us to defend her because we know her better than you are. Don’t be too in a hurry to see their next issue. It will come. And i am assuring you that it will be better than what you had in your batch. hahahaha.

@nicole: don’t try to join the highlights people if you haven’t seen one of their efforts. they appear to be busy with press conferences spending the students’ money yet there is not even one proof that they learned something from those… cheer up highlights… the former staffs would be dismayed… unless you’re trying to imitate and idolize the good leadership of Redemptor Jimeno which got only one newsletter the whole year… of course, lorma was so happy with that coz they earned from the students’ pocket more than they should have had…
@haylayts’ staff: produce a magazine, tabloid, newsletter, broadsheet, and a literary folio next semester or even one alternative medium. don’t just sit and spend your time improving your facebook accounts. this is a challenge for you. or else, mr. jj macagba would know.
@EIC: what have you been doing? busy? busy? busy all the time? why don’t you just leave your post if you can’t make the organization work? come on… you could be a good leader if you want. everything’s got the potential. rumors in lorma you can’t even make a good paragraph. you don’t know your SV agreement. you don’t know your verb tenses. you have a lot of redundancies. an EIC is a good editor. and, an EIC can NOT become an EIC if she can’t even edit his or her own articles because he/she is short of journalistic skills. ang skul ang lalabas na nakakahiya. before, a lormanian can easily be distinguished due to his or her good command in english. but, i think, the publication has been infiltrated by tagalog speaking staff. there’s nothing wrong with tagalog or filipino but the medium that we use in writing is english. i know you’re fully aware of that.

a lot of people salute the previous releases of the org. the org became the flagbearer of lorma entire the philippines. it is always on the winning side in contests. i suggest that the selection of the next set of staff would be back to zero. all should undergo the proper selection process. i know there are still senior editors who are just good at arranging events but very poor in their grammar as well. dapat kasama silang mag-undergo the process. if they didn’t pass, sorry to them. there are a bunch of better writers out there who are willing to join the force with full of enthusiasm and dedication in SERVING the whole studentry.
